(1) A dark-colored, water-based coating with a solid content of approximately 60–65%.

SHe emulsion
(1) Peel off the release paper and directly apply the membrane onto the target surface (e.g., door trim panels, partition panels, etc.).
(2) For calcium silicate boards, apply a layer of soundproof paint (SHp Paint) first and attach after the coating is fully dried.
(3) At mid–low frequencies (below 1300 Hz), SHm Membrane delivers superior sound insulation compared with foam materials.
(4) Certified by ARTC (Automotive Research & Testing Center) vertical burn testing.
(5)Tested at the ARTC using an impedance tube (ASTM E2611-09), with the membrane applied onto a metal panel:
a. SHm demonstrates better noise-reduction performance at lower frequencies within the mid–low frequency range (below 1300 Hz).
b. Compared with foam, the 0.5 mm SHm provides half the weight, 1/80 the thickness, and 14.4 dB greater mid-low frequency sound energy reduction (more than 20× improvement).
(6)Tested by Chaoyang University of Technology, Department of Architecture—according to ASTM E90-09 (test method) and evaluated by ASTM E413-22:
a. For a 10 cm lightweight partition wall (9 mm calcium silicate board with 60K rock wool infill),
b. STC improved from 41 dB (without SHm) to 48 dB after applying 1 mm SHm on both sides—a 7 dB improvement.
c. Note: Under the Mass Law in architectural acoustics, doubling the surface mass of a homogeneous wall or doubling the sound frequency increases transmission loss by approximately 6 dB.
