6001 series
  • Name: Water-based PU primer
  • Appearance: Milky white, viscous liquid
  • Main Component: Polyurethane dispersion
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): 2,500~6,500
  • Solid Content(%): 50 ± 2
  • Application: Used with water-based PU adhesive, for bonding to EVA, leathers, nylon, phylon, PU, PVC, rubbers, and etc.
  • Characteristics: Excellent priming effect.
6002 series
  • Name: Water-based PU primer
  • Appearance: Milky white, viscous liquid
  • Main Component: Polyurethane dispersion
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): <200
  • Solid Content: 45 ± 2
  • Application: Used with water based PU adhesive, for bonding to leathers. (Not suitable for PU and PVC)
  • Characteristics: Excellent priming effect.
6002K series
  • Name: 1K PUD Primer
  • Appearance: Milky white liquid
  • Main Component: Polyurethane
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): <500
  • Solid Content(%): 44-52
  • Application: Suitable for soft leather, leather
  • Characteristics:
    1. Single component for spray application and hand brushing.
    2. No need to add hardener before use.
    3. Excellent priming effect for general synthetic material.
    4. Good initial anti-tension strength.
    5. Non-yellowing.
    6. Suitable for automatic spray appplication
GE101 series
  • Name: 1K PUD Primer
  • Appearance: Milky white liquid
  • Main Component: Polyurethane
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): 1,500~5,000
  • Solid Content(%): 46-50
  • Application: Suitable for leather, synthetic leather, TPU, mesh, PU sponges.
  • Characteristics:
    1. Single component for spray application and hand brushing.
    2. No need to add hardener before use.
    3. Excellent priming effect for general synthetic material.
    4. Good initial anti-tension strength.
    5. Non-yellowing.
    6. Suitable for automatic spray appplication
6006EAB series
  • Name: Water-based RB primer
  • Appearance: Pink transparent liquid
  • Main Component: Acetone, Water
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): <20
  • Solid Content(%): 3 ± 0.5
  • Application: 6006AB is a W/B RB primer as used for rubber (roughing or water cleaning).
  • Characteristics:
    1. Good physical
    2. Good adhesion.
    3. Low toxicity
6006AB series

  • Appearance: Pink transparent liquid
  • Main Component: Acetone, Water
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): <100
  • Solid Content(%): 3 ± 2
  • Application: 6006AB is a W/B RB primer as used for rubber (roughing or water cleaning).

6263S series
  • Name: Water-based UV primer
  • Appearance: Emulsion type
  • Main Component: Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Dispersion
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): <100
  • Solid Content(%): 4.5 ± 1.5
  • Application: 6263 W/B UV primer is designed for using in IP, IPF, and traditional Phylon surface treatment.
  • Characteristics:
    1. 6263 can be used with S/B and W/B PU adhesives.
    2. 6263S can be used by spraying machine.
6311HM series
  • Name: Water-based Primer
  • Appearance: Semi-transparent to white liquid
  • Main Component: Polyurethane dispersion
  • Viscosity (CPS)(25˚C): <100
  • Solid Content(%): 1-5
  • Application: Water-based PU Primer. Applicable in priming of ETPU.
  • Characteristics:
    1. Good chemical adhesion
    2. Low toxicity
    3. Low organic solvent content
